Arrive and register
Come five minutes early with your ID and insurance card. New patients fill in a short medical history.

Your dentist examines you, takes X-rays only if they change the plan, and explains the options in plain language.
Treatment and follow-up
We treat on the day where we can, book any further visits before you leave, and send a reminder for each one.
How to Prepare
- Have a check-up and clean first. Whitening gel works on clean enamel, not on plaque.
- Tell us about sensitivity. We can start a desensitising paste two weeks beforehand.
- Remember that crowns, veneers and white fillings do not change colour and may need replacing to match.
- Plan to avoid coffee, tea, red wine, curry and tobacco for forty-eight hours after treatment.
What to Expect
We begin with a shade assessment and brief consultation. During in-office treatment, a protective gel is applied to your gums, then the whitening gel is activated. Results are visible immediately and improve over 24–48 hours.
Who It's For
Adults with stained or discoloured teeth from coffee, tea, wine, tobacco, or ageing. Not suitable for crowns, veneers, or composite restorations (which won't change colour), or for pregnant/breastfeeding patients.
