Your Visit

What happens, step by step

The same four stages apply to every appointment at DentRW, from a routine clean to a surgical placement.

1

Book your appointment

Reserve a slot online in under two minutes, or call +250 785 577 189 and we will find a time that fits.

2

Arrive and register

Come five minutes early with your ID and insurance card. New patients fill in a short medical history.

3

Consultation and diagnosis

Your dentist examines you, takes X-rays only if they change the plan, and explains the options in plain language.

4

Treatment and follow-up

We treat on the day where we can, book any further visits before you leave, and send a reminder for each one.

How to Prepare

  • Brush and floss as usual before you come in. There is no need to do anything extra.
  • Bring a list of any medicines you take, including supplements and blood thinners.
  • Bring recent X-rays or records if you are moving from another clinic.
  • Tell us about any medical conditions, pregnancy or allergies when you arrive.

What to Expect

Your dentist will examine your teeth, gums, and jaw thoroughly, take digital X-rays when needed, perform a professional clean, and discuss any concerns or treatment options in plain language. No jargon, no pressure.

Who It's For

Suitable for all ages - from toddlers getting their first teeth to seniors maintaining their smile. We recommend a check-up and clean every six months for most patients.
