Post-Treatment

Aftercare Guides

Follow these instructions after your procedure to ensure the best possible recovery and long-term results.

  • Rest for the remainder of the day and avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours.
  • Do not use straws, spit forcefully, or smoke for at least 48 hours - this can dislodge the blood clot.
  • Eat soft foods only (yoghurt, soup, mashed foods) for the first 24 hours.
  • Begin gentle warm salt-water rinses after 24 hours - repeat 3–4 times daily until healed.
  • Take prescribed or over-the-counter pain relief as directed. Mild swelling for 2–3 days is normal.

Understanding Your Insurance

We have simplified the insurance process so you can focus on your health, not the paperwork. Here is everything you need to know.

Submit your insurance card at reception upon arrival and we will verify your plan on the spot.

DentRW files insurance claims directly - you will never need to manage paperwork yourself.

Your co-payment or co-insurance is due on the day of your appointment.

We are contracted with RSSB, RAMA, MMI, SONARWA, SORAS, BlueRidge, and UAP. Call us to confirm your specific plan.
