New Patient Checklist
Bring these items to your first appointment to ensure a smooth and efficient visit. Arrive a few minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork.
- Valid national ID or passport
- Insurance card (RSSB, MMI, SONARWA, or private insurer)
- Current medication list, including supplements
- Any recent X-rays or dental records from a previous provider
- Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment
- Complete the medical history form sent to your email in advance
Aftercare Guides
Follow these instructions after your procedure to ensure the best possible recovery and long-term results.
- Rest for the remainder of the day and avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours.
- Do not use straws, spit forcefully, or smoke for at least 48 hours - this can dislodge the blood clot.
- Eat soft foods only (yoghurt, soup, mashed foods) for the first 24 hours.
- Begin gentle warm salt-water rinses after 24 hours - repeat 3–4 times daily until healed.
- Take prescribed or over-the-counter pain relief as directed. Mild swelling for 2–3 days is normal.

Submit your insurance card at reception upon arrival and we will verify your plan on the spot.
DentRW files insurance claims directly - you will never need to manage paperwork yourself.
Your co-payment or co-insurance is due on the day of your appointment.
We are contracted with RSSB, RAMA, MMI, SONARWA, SORAS, BlueRidge, and UAP. Call us to confirm your specific plan.
