What happens, step by step
The same four stages apply to every appointment at DentRW, from a routine clean to a surgical placement.
Book your appointment
Reserve a slot online in under two minutes, or call +250 785 577 189 and we will find a time that fits.
Arrive and register
Come five minutes early with your ID and insurance card. New patients fill in a short medical history.
Consultation and diagnosis
Your dentist examines you, takes X-rays only if they change the plan, and explains the options in plain language.
Treatment and follow-up
We treat on the day where we can, book any further visits before you leave, and send a reminder for each one.
How to Prepare
- Call +250 785 577 189 first so we can reserve a slot and advise you on the way.
- For a knocked-out adult tooth, keep it in milk or in the cheek and come immediately. Never scrub the root.
- Take your usual painkiller as directed on the packet unless you have been told not to.
- Bring your insurance card and a list of your medicines if you can.
What to Expect
You'll be seen as quickly as possible. The dentist will assess the issue, provide pain relief if needed, and explain the treatment options and next steps.
Who It's For
Anyone experiencing sudden dental pain, trauma, or an urgent issue that cannot wait. Call us immediately. We prioritise emergency cases and will fit you in the same day.
