Please read these terms carefully before using DentRW's services. They govern your use of our clinic and website.
These Terms of Service apply to DentRW clinic in Kicukiro, Kigali, Rwanda. Using our services constitutes acceptance of these terms. For questions, contact ijbapte@gmail.com.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving dental services at DentRW, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all patients, visitors, and users of DentRW's website and facilities located in Kicukiro, Kigali, Rwanda.
2. Our Services
DentRW provides a range of dental health services including general dentistry, preventive care, restorative treatments, cosmetic dentistry, emergency dental care, and paediatric dentistry. The specific services available, fees, and treatment options are subject to change. Our dentists retain the right to determine the appropriate course of treatment based on their professional clinical judgment.
DentRW services are provided in-person at our clinic only. We do not provide diagnoses or treatment advice via our website or by email.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, or in person. We ask that you arrive at least ten (10) minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations and rescheduling: We require at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or the requirement for a deposit on future bookings.
Emergency appointments: We aim to accommodate dental emergencies on the same day. Please call us immediately if you are experiencing a dental emergency.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees for dental services will be communicated before treatment begins. Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash (Rwandan Francs), mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), and major debit/credit cards.
Insurance: If you have dental insurance, we will do our best to assist you with claims, but we cannot guarantee coverage or payment by your insurer. Any amount not covered by insurance remains your responsibility.
All prices are quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless otherwise stated.
5. Patient Responsibilities
To enable us to provide you with safe and effective dental care, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your medical history, current medications, and allergies • Inform us of any changes to your health status before each appointment • Follow the post-treatment instructions and recommendations provided by your dentist • Attend scheduled follow-up appointments as advised • Treat our staff with respect and courtesy
Failure to provide accurate medical information may affect the safety and quality of your treatment and could have consequences for which DentRW cannot be held responsible.
6. Medical Disclaimer
The information provided on our website - including articles, blog posts, and FAQ responses - is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional dental or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified dental professional with questions you may have regarding a dental condition or symptom. Never disregard professional dental advice or delay seeking it because of content on this website.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Rwandan law, DentRW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services we provide shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific treatment giving rise to the claim.
DentRW is not responsible for any delays, service interruptions, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the DentRW website - including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements - is the intellectual property of DentRW or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of DentRW services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
